The mindful programmer

Hi! Name’s Lee. I have been programming since 2020 A.K.A le pre-AI times.

Writing is my first love. I used to be a writer for our school paper, The Kabyawan, back in high school. More so, I loved writing essays and poems, and I still sometimes do until today.

I am a programmer now mostly because I love to write. I think of programming as yet another medium for it. Given, you talk to a machine, but I always remember Uncle Bob’s adage: “code should read like beautifully-written prose”, which if you live by, takes programming closer to creative writing.
